MUMBAI: Our dearest Shah Rukh Khan turned a year older yesterday and the superstar celebrated his 55th birthday with his family members and close friends in Dubai.

To mark his 55th birthday, the tallest building in the world i.e. Dubai's iconic 'Burj Khalifa' was lit-up with a birthday message for King Khan. SRK was seen celebrating his birthday and posing against the skyscraper with his kids Suhana Khan, AbRam and other friends and family members.

Karan Johar exclusively flew-off to Dubai only to attend SRK's grand celebration there. He shared a video, wherein a happy Shah Rukh Khan can be seen taking in the lit birthday message for him on the Burj Khalifa.

Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan took also took to her Instagram handle to share a gorgeous snap of hers while posing with daddy SRK against the Burj Khalifa. The superstar looks dashing in an all-black outfit while Suhana Khan stuns in a crop top paired with a white skirt.

Suhana’s cousin Alia Chhiba also took to her Instagram stories to share a few snaps from their birthday celebrations and one of them shows Alia posing with Shah Rukh and AbRam.

The picture is too cute for words!

Shah Rukh Khan himself took to his Instagram and shared a picture of himself posing with the Burj Khalifa while it was illuminated with the birthday message in the background. He wrote, “It’s nice to see myself on the biggest and tallest screen in the world. My friend #MohamedAlabbar has me on the biggest screen even before my next film. Thanks & love u all @burjkhalifa & @emaardubai. Being my own guest in Dubai...my kids mighty impressed and me is loving it!"

Yesterday, King Khan thanked his fans as he posted a video of him thanking his many fan clubs, well-wishers, fans and all those who wished him on social media and made his birthday special, whilst sitting by the beach.
