MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan has won the hearts of his fans with not just his acting skills but also kind gestures. Since the lockdown in the country has been imposed, the actor has been doing his best along with his team to help the underprivileged. About a few days back, a disturbing and heart-wrenching video of a kid trying to wake his dead mother on Railway station surfaced on the internet. As Shah Rukh Khan’s team came across the video, the actor, along with his team tried to reach the little one seeking help. Finally, as the actor manages to help the little one, SRK thanks everyone for helping his team, Meer Foundation, and him to locate the kid and prays to God to give him strength.

Taking to Twitter, Shah Rukh Khan re-tweeted a tweet made by Meer Foundation and wrote, “Thank you all for getting us in touch with the little one. We all pray he finds the strength to deal with the most unfortunate loss of a parent. I know how it feels...Our love and support is with you baby.” In the tweet, the actor thanked everyone who helped his team from Meer Foundation and him to get in touch with the little one. SRK then mentioned that his team prays that the kid finds his strength to deal with the most unfortunate loss of a parent and shared that he knows how it feels. In the tweet, the actor sends out all his love and support to the baby. 

As Shah Rukh Khan retweeted the tweet made by his team, the post made by Meer Foundation mentioned that they are now supporting the little one and he is under the safe care of his grandfather. SRK’s team also shared a picture of the little ones with their grandfather, all safe and sound. 

For the uninitiated, the disturbing and heart-wrenching video of the little one shared on social media was of Muzaffarpur in Bihar. In the video, the child is playing with his mother at the railway station, waking her and is unaware of her death. The hungry and thirsty mother of the little one died in the train after spending four days in the scorching heat.
