SSR death probe: Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer slams SSR’s family's claims of case being diverted, says CBI is being pressured by them

MUMBAI: Yesterday, SSR’s family lawyer accused the NCB of diverting the case from the main issue. He questioned the CBI about what is happening, as the family is getting frustrated waiting for the outcome of the case. 

As per Times of India, after the family lawyer’s claims, Rhea’s advocate has slammed the actor's family.  

He said that the disclosure of a 200 percent conclusion by an AIIMS Doctor in the team headed by Dr Gupta in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, on the basis of photographs, is a dangerous trend.

To keep the investigations impartial and free from inference, the CBI must constitute a new medical board. The agencies are being pressurised to reach a pre-determined result for obvious reasons on the eve of Bihar elections.

We have seen the voluntary retirement of DG Pandey unfolding a few days back. There should not be a repetition of such steps. 

This statement has come after the family’s claim of CBI delaying the case. 

Well, the investigation is still on, and soon the AIIMS department and CBI will make the report public.
