MUMBAI: The Sushant Singh Rajput case has intensified. The CBI has taken over the case officially after the SC gave the verdict a few days ago. The team landed yesterday and began their investigation. 

Yesterday, we saw the chats between Rhea and Mahesh Bhatt that took place on June 8th, the day she had left SSR. These chats have exposed Rhea’s lie when she had recorded her statement. 

This how it’s been proved that she had lied during her interrogation. 

1. Rhea had told the Mumbai cops SSR had told her to leave and that she should be stay with her parents for a few days, but in this chat, she confessed to Bhatt that she had broken up with SSR. 

2. Rhea had said that she wasn’t comfortable leaving SSR on June 8th, but in her chats with Bhatt she said that it’s a relief leaving SSR. 

3. The actress has said that SSR had told to her leave for her parents' house before his sister Meetu Singh arrived on the 8th June, but in the chat, she mentioned that her father and Mahesh Bhatt weren’t happy with her relationship with SSR and there was a problem there. 

4. She also mentioned to the Mumbai cops that before leaving, she had told SSR that if he ever wanted to talk, he could let her or her brother (Showik) know about it, but in the chat, she told Mr. Bhatt that she is thankful to him for clipping her wings. Let's not forget that she had blocked SSR's number.

Well, this definitely shows that Rhea lied when her statements were recorded because the chats tell a different story. 

But with the CBI taking over the case, we are sure that when they question Rhea, this angle too will be probed and the truth will be out. 

Rhea has been named the prime suspect in the FIR filed by the CBI. 

Let’s hope that a fair investigation is conducted.
