MUMBAI: Last week, An Action Hero, Freddy, and many more movies and web series were released in theatres as well as on OTT platforms. While An Action Hero as expected failed to make a mark at the box office, Freddy received positive reviews.

Kajol and Vishal Jethwa starrer Salaam Venky is slated to release on 9th December 2022. The film is based on the life of Kolavennu Venkatesh and his mother Sujata. While the trailer has impressed everyone, it will be interesting to see what response the film will get at the box office.

Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta starrer Vadh are also going to release on 9th December 2022. It’s a thriller, and though there are two great actors in the film, it is surely a risky film for the box office.

Tusshar Kapoor starrer Maarrich is also one of the releases this year. He has also produced the film which is a whodunit thriller. Let’s wait and watch if the audience is interested in watching Tusshar as a cop on the big screens or not.

Taapsee Pannu starrer Blurr is slated to release on 9th December 2022 on Zee5. It is Taapsee’s fifth release this year, and after looking at the trailer of Blurr, one can say that it looks like a perfect OTT film.
