MUMBAI: With the uncertainty clouding around Surbhi Chandna's exit from Star Plus' popular show Ishqbaaaz post the generation leap, the actress, known for playing the role of Anika, took to her Instagram to calm her fans down. Since the news of her not being on the show surfaced, fans have gone berserk in anger and are protesting her exit.
Surbhi shared a smiling photo of hers and told all her fans, ‘This is exactly what i want ALL of YOU to do RIGHT NOW PLEASE. SMILE is a curve that sets EVERYTHING STRAIGHT #calmingbreezeyourway.’
Earlier, Surbhi had asked her fans to calm down and thanked them for being patient. Supposedly, Surbhi wasn’t comfortable playing a mother’s role at such an early stage in her career. Hence, the baby track that was to be introduced in the show was called off.
The channel and makers decided to take a generation leap wherein only Nakuul Mehta will be retained to play Shivaay and Anika's son Shivaansh Singh Oberoi.
