MUMBAI: Star Plus' popular daily soap Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is gearing up for new drama and twists.
In the upcoming episode, Ruhi is worried for Karan because he is risking his life by working with Sahil's men to help Raman and Ishita.
Her worry is actually her love for Karan, but she has not realized this yet.
Aliya tells Ruhi that she loves Karan and has feelings for him.
