MUMBAI: The episode begins with Naira, who is quite stressed about her son Kairav's health, suddenly recalling a conversation that she had with dadi few years back. Dadi had informed Naira, that if you offer prayer at kuldevi temple, all your problems and tensions fade away.  

On the other hand, Kairav troubles Naira by asking all sorts of questions as to why is he in the hospital till now. She cooks up a story and manages to make him understand that they will have to stay here for a few days.

Next morning, Naira visits the temple to pray for Kairav's health. As she prays, the next frame shows Suhasini, Kartik, Vedika and other family members in the same temple. Dadi sees the silver trinklet offered by Naira and realises it is offered when someone's child is in danger. All of them pray together for Kairav's health, unknowingly.

Just when Kartik's mother raises pooja ki thaal to hand over the red duppatta to dadi, the duppatta flies off. And as Naira is about to make an exit from the temple, Keerti's ex-husband Aditya taps her. He questions her as to how is she alive. As they had all heard -that she was dead.

Naira runs as fast as possible from there, while Aditya keeps shouting her name. Kartik overhears Naira's name and questions Aditya about it. Kartik refuses to believe Aditya when he tells him about Naira, and they get into a tussle.
