MUMBAI: The ongoing track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is high on drama. Kartik and Naira are living separately, and Kartik is unaware of the existence of his son Kairav. He will be getting married to Vedika for Dadi's sake. Meanwhile, Kairav has a hole in his heart.
In the upcoming episode, Kartik feels extremely restless and doesn’t know the reason for it.
Naira, who is worried for Kairav, tries to call Kartik for help but realizes that it is not the right time to call him.
