MUMBAI: The Spanish thriller teen drama Elite will have an Indian remake under the banner of Bodhi Tree. Sources mention that this Netflix Original show created by Carlos Montero and Dario Madrona has been commissioned by Indian officials for a remake for the Indian Audience. The show will be helmed by Sukesh Motwani under his banner Bodhi Tree Multimedia.

A reliable source informed TellyChakkar that Kunal Madhiwala, who has been a well-known face on TV with his notable roles in shows like Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya, Balika Vadhu and so on, shall be an important part of the show. The details about his character and the show are yet to be disclosed. 

Earlier it was reported that Actress Ayesha Kanga, who has been part of a few Indian Disney shows like The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir and has played the role of young Kiran Bedi in one of the TV shows, will be playing one of the primary characters in the show.
