What kind of changes have you seen in your character? How do you look forward to Ashi's character in the future?

I won't say that there are changes in my character as right now I'm helping my family and supporting Gopika. My character is seen positive after realizing that Priya will betray me if I support her. Ashi is a selfish character and she should support my family. Ashi will always stay where she sees her benefit. She is not a bad person at heart. Ashi's character is very unpredictable.

Ashi's character can see many shades. I want to see different variations in Ashi's character. I just don't want to see Ashi playing just a positive, negative, or grey character.

Fans feel daily soaps and their stories become repetitive after a point. What is your take on this?

Yes, of course, it becomes repetitive after a point. As an audience, if I see any show or even my show, I feel the same. But to bring that twist to the story, one needs to build up the story and stretch a little bit and the viewers feel that the story is being dragged. Even actors feel the same.

How much do you miss your hometown and family after staying in Mumbai to pursue your career?

I miss my family like crazy. I miss my hometown too much. It has been like two years since I met my family. My brother stays with me but still, I haven't met my mom, dad, and sister. I do feel like going to my house. But I am not getting time. Even my parents are not getting time to come here. I am planning to meet them after a few months as there is a function in my family. I am very excited about it.
