MUMBAI: Sony TV's show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 is working wonders on small screens ever since the beginning.

The show has a stellar star cast of Nakuul Mehta, Disha Parmar, Shubhaavi Choksey, Pranav Misshra, Ajay Nagrath, Abhinav Kapoor, Alefia Kapadia, Utkarsh Gupta, Sneha Namanandi, and Aanchal Khurana, among others. 

Utkarsh is seen playing the pivotal role of Kunal Randhawa who is Ram's best friend in the show.

The actor's character is quite fun-loving and the viewers are impressed with Utkarsh's stellar performance.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Utkarsh who spoke at length about some interesting things.

The current investigation track is managing to keep the viewers hooked to the screen. What will be Kunal's role in this storyline?

Television is all about drama and interesting twists and turns in the story. The viewers need masala to keep them entertained. The makers keep going with the track that the viewers want to see. In the beginning, the viewers saw a lot of tracks related to Ram and his friends. I am not involved in the present track. So, I have no clue what's going on in this show now. I also have no idea how the makers will involve me in this track in the further episodes. 

How satisfied are you with the amount of screen space you are getting in the show?

I am not doing TV or acting just for the sake of screen space. I am doing it for myself and my passion for acting. I am always satisfied with whatever screen space I have got in all my shows so far. I work with a lot of dedication. The actor gets his screen space with his talent. It keeps increasing with time. I have always got a good screen time in all my shows and I never needed to ask the makers for it. 

You are a professional dancer and have achieved a lot in that field as well. Who is your inspiration behind it?

It has to be my sister. She has made a name for herself in Bollywood and everywhere else. My sister has worked with Sanjay Dutt in Sahib, Biwi Aur Gangster 2. She is doing very well in the Tollywood industry. My sister has even more followers than I have on social media. She also did Dance India Dance. She also did a Balaji TV show and then she just concentrated on her acting.
