MUMBAI: The upcoming episode of the Star Plus serial Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has a lot of drama in store for the viewers.

As seen so far, Thurat threatens the nurse to not inform Sai of the painkiller he has given to Malhar. Soon Malhar's goons go to have food and here Malhar's body starts convulsing due to being overdosed on painkillers. Sai notices Malhar’s body reacting to the medicines and she rushes to save him.

Until now, Sai joins her internship but here Machinder is giving her a hard time. Sai tries her best to prove herself when suddenly a new villain Malhar marks his evil entry. And now after Machinder puts Malhar's life at risk by giving him extra pain killer, the situation messes up because Sai has to now save him.
