MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor is back with a sequel to the show titled as Appnapan. Starring Cezanne Khan and Rajshri Thakur, the story hints at a similar plot with an estranged couple and their children who are divided between their parents.
Previously, Sonali had trapped Mayank in fake fraud case and jailed him. Further, after his release, she got him admitted to a mental asylum.
However, Mayank is now back to confront Sonali and he reaches her home. Shockingly, he comes meets with Mana and Badal, introducing himself as Sonali's husband.

Mana and Badal are in huge shock and are left dumbstruck. Sonali fears being exposed as she is aware of Mayank missing from mental asylum.
Karunika is on the lookout for Mayank and take revenge from Sonali. Finally, Mayank confronts Sonali, leaving her scared and shocked.
