MUMBAI : Ekta Kapoor is back with a sequel to the show titled as Appnapan. Starring Cezanne Khan and Rajshri Thakur, the story hints at a similar plot with an estranged couple and their children who are divided between their parents. 

Previously, Sonali has some big secret related to the night of her husband's demise.

Further, Karunika also mentions about her missing brother Mayank, who happens to be Sonali's ex boyfriend.

However, after learning about Sonali's reality, Pallavi decides to protect Nikhil and his family from danger.
