MUMBAI : Indian television shows have been a part of the audience's daily lives for a long time now. Over time, the type and platform of content changed a lot but people still wish to go back to television dramas and call it their comfort zone.

A lot of new shows are in the pipeline which will soon go on floors. Some shows are all set for a launch in the upcoming days. Some are already on air and entertaining the viewers.

Faltu

The Star Plus show Faltu started premiering in November this year. It is produced under Boyhood Productions, starring Niharika Chouksey and Aakash Ahuja. The plot is about a frustrated married couple who name their fourth girl-child Faltu as they wanted a boy. However, her life changes when fate introduces her to a young cricket coach Ayaan Mittal. The show has gained a lot of attraction and love in a very short period. It is even amongst the top 5 shows according to the ratings.

Dharam Patni 

The Ekta Kapoor show stars Fahmaan Khan and Kritika Singh Yadav in the lead. It started premiering in November on Colors TV. The plot is about Ravi Randhawa, a business tycoon, who meets Pratiksha Parekh, a simple school teacher, and how the story unfolds for them. The show has quite some interesting elements to offer and let’s see how it all unfolds.

Banni Chow Home Delivery

The popular Star Plus show stars Ulka Gupta and Pravisht Mishra in the lead. The plot is about Banni, an independent and brave woman who runs a food delivery business, who crosses paths with Yuvan, an oppressed young man with special needs, and their lives change. It is produced by Shashi Sumeet productions and has gained a lot of love and attraction from the audience.

Rajjo

The plot is about an aspiring athlete from a village and a businessman who meets each other amid a calamity and gradually fall for each other. However, they have to deal with societal boundaries to be together. The show is quite different and the audience love the track.  It stars Celestie Bairagey and Rajveer Singh in lead roles.

Sherdil Shergill

The popular Colors TV show stars Surbhi Chandna and Dheeraj Dhoopar in the lead roles. It began premiering in September this year. The plot is about two people, Manmeet and Rajkumar. While Manmeet strives to work hard and build her company, she must be a doting mother to a toddler. However, Rajkumar, a playful intern, wreaks havoc in her life. The show is doing quite well and the audience loves the track of the show.
