MUMBAI: Colors TV is back with another promising show called Sherdil Shergill. The show stars Surbhi Chandna and Dheeraj Dhoopar in lead roles. It is a modern-day love story between the leads and has an intriguing and progressive plot. Manmeet is an unmarried mother to her son, Anmol and later finds a partner in Raj.

The show seems to have a promising plot.

Previously, Manmeet and Raj are decked up as bride and groom. They reach the venue with the procession comprising their families and friends. Everyone looks happy as the union is about to happen.

However, as Manmeet reaches just before Raj, she recalls a conversation of him accusing her of being unromantic and decides to remedy that. Manmeet danced heartily for Raj and he beamed at the surprise.

Now, we will see that Manmeet and Raj are married and it is their first night as a married couple. Raj longingly looks at Manmeet who is trying to take off all the heavy and irritating jewellery that she adorned for the wedding.

Soon, Raj hugs Manmeet and tells her how unromantic she is but before he could complete his thought Manmeet stops him and says that she can’t be an old fashioned typical bride, who is in a veil and blushes and waits for her husband to chase her around the room.

Raj stops her and tells her who said I want all that, those are old ways and I know that. Manmeet however, still a little indifferent, tries to slip away but Raj holds on to her and they share an eye-lock.

What happens now?
