9X’s reality show Yeh Hai Jalwa has somewhat succeeded in bringing non-celeb participants in the limelight. Yeh Hai Jalwa is different from other reality shows where only television stars benefit. The show serves as a platform for budding artists and models who get a chance to showcase their talent alongside the celebrities. The show has nine celebrities who head a team of people from different walks of life. One such team is of aspiring actors which is headed by Hussain Kuwajerwala. And now Roopal from Hussain’s Kal Ke Kalakar has hit the jackpot. Roopal has received an offer to play one of the four leads in Cinevistaas’ upcoming show Vivah. The show is about four daughters. An excited Roopal says, “This is like my dream come true. I wish by the end of Yeh Hai Jalwa my teammates also get their well deserved break.” Siddarth Malhotra, Cinevistaas, says, “Roopal got the show based on her sheer talent and good looks. She auditioned for the lead role and was selected.” Roopal has now been replaced by a new participant as she had to leave Jalwa to start shooting for her new show. The show, as suggested by our source, is expected to go on-air early next month. Lets see if Roopal’s jalwa on Vivah will be as good.
