Personal diet mantra: I eat every 2 hours and I see to it that I also consume lots of water. I also eat lots of fruits and salads. Exercise routine: I exercise at least 3 – 4 times a week. Is food the elixir of life? Yes, food is something without which survival is not possible. Are you a foodie? I am a total foodie. Are you a veg or non-veg? Hardcore non- vegetarian. Favourite cuisine:Continental Favourite dish:Chicken pasta with white sauce. Favourite restaurant: Out of the blue at Bandra. A must at my breakfast table : Cornflakes Sugar or sugarfree for my tea/coffee... Coffee with sugar. Your favourite recipe… Mixed vegetable Ingredients : - 1 tomato ( diced) , 1 carrot ( diced) ,1 cup (green peas, mushroom and broccoli) , 1 onion (finely chopped), salt to taste,1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic and green chilli paste,1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.3 tsp oil. Method : - Heat oil. Add onions and fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and fry for another 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt stir for few seconds and add the vegetable cook for few minutes and serve hot with chapati.
