Sony TV's Maharana Pratap celebrates completion of 200 episodes

Bharat Ka Veer Putra
The show Bharat Ka Veer Putra…Maharana Pratap (Contiloe Entertainment) has been garnering positive response from the time it came on air on Sony Entertainment Television last year. And today (5 May) the show has completed 200 successful episodes. The historical saga talks about the life of the mighty king Pratap, who was named Maharana for his valiant nature. Right now the show is focusing on his childhood days, where the popular dancing star Faisal Khan portrays the character of the warrior prince aptly. Speaking on the occasion, Faisal shares, “We did not even realise that 200 episodes have gone by. Initially, I thought I would be there for just few days, but almost a year has gone by and it feels great to be with the team. I really enjoy shooting for the show, for I have the best team working with me. Also with more people of my age coming in, we have a superb time. I hope the show continues doing well in time to come.” On the other hand, his on screen father Shakti Anand, who plays King Uday Singh avers, “In today’s time if we are able to complete 200 episodes it’s of course a very important achievement. The viewers have continuously liked our show and we hope the love will keep flowing in the future too. The journey with the show has been great so far.” Producer Abhimanyu Singh from Contiloe remained unavailable. We wish the team heartiest congratulations!
