MUMBAI:Amyra Dastur is one of the most popular names in films and OTT. She has been a part of movies and web series like Issaq, Mr. X, Kung Fu Yoga, Kaalakaandi, Judgementall Hai Kya, Jogi, The Trip 2, Tandav, and more.

The actress will next be seen in the Tamil movie Bagheera which stars Prabhudeva in the lead role. The film is slated to release on 3rd March 2023.

TellyChakkar recently interacted with Amyra and spoke to her about the movie. When asked how nervous or excited she is for Bagheera, the actress said, “Honestly, I am so used to releases now that I am like if a film is coming it’s great. I try to stay a little bit detached from it because I feel like no one should ever get over-excited about something. So, right now I am very calm, the response we have gotten from the trailer and the songs is outstanding, and I am very excited.”

Further talking about the movie, Amyra said, “This is the first time I am doing something which is so massy. I am nervous that how audiences are going to feel about it because I don’t think I have done something which is so massy, so loud and so out there.”

“If you see the trailer, you will see Prabhudeva sir in a very different avatar as well because he is playing a psycho serial killer. It’s going to be a wild ride; definitely it is one of the most unique films I have done to date. So, I am very excited,” she added.

Bagheera is directed by Adhik Ravichandran and also stars Remya Nambeesan, Janani, Gayathrie, Sonia Agarwal, Sanchita Shetty, and Sakshi Agarwal.
