Shastri Sisters story belongs to four sisters, who are living in a small town. Narayan Shastri is the name of their father and he is transferred to another town and the girls have to leave their home. Lots of memories are connected to their old house.

The show is centered on Sejal played by popular TV star Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sejal finds new meaning and dimension in her life after her marriage. From a happy go lucky nature, she undergoes a metamorphosis and in her married avatar she immerses herself in her role as wife and daughter-in-law. With a husband, Bittoo who is still to understand the responsibility of marriage and running a household, it takes all of Sejal's love and support to emerge through challenging situations.
