MUMBAI : Agnisakshi... Ek Samjhauta is a new show from Colors and traces the life of a couple whose marriage has an expiry date. It’s the journey of Jeevika (played by Shivika Pathak), whose dream of building a whole new life with her husband Satvik (played by Aashay Mishra) is shattered on the first night of marriage. The current track is about Satvik and Jeevika’s wedding.

In the previous episode, Pradeep decides to take Jeevika home as he cannot see her suffering in marriage with Satvik.

Pradeep tries to take Jeevika away but she refuses to go and expresses that she wants to stay because Satvik is her husband and she cannot leave him.

While Pradeep argues that she is only going to get hurt, Satvik comes there and tells Pradeep to leave her.

However, Pradeep doesn’t listen as he wants to teach a lesson to Satvik and the family for making Jeevika suffer and hurting her.

When Pradeep get more forceful, Satvik holds Jeevika’s hand to stop her from going.

In the upcoming episode, Satvik comes to Jeevika’s house for the first time after marriage and he gets treated royally by Jeevika’s family.

Satvik sees a lot of food on the table and gets confused what to eat. He gets a suggestion to start with Jeevika first and everyone laughs.

Satvik and Jeevika are told to eat together and feed each other their first bites. Jeevika happily accepts this and sits to feed the first bite to Satvik but before that the family tells them to complete a ritual where they take their partner’s name in a poet.

As Jeevika has learnt this ritual, she recites a Marathi poem and includes Satvik’s name in it.

Satvik doesn’t know Marathi that well and so the family helps him by making him to repeat a poem as they speak.

The moment gets all sweet with not just Satvik and Jeevika’s love but also with family’s joy.

However, all this while, Pradeep will be standing in the corner with no expressions on his face.
