MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor is back with a sequel to the show titled as Apnnapan. Starring Cezanne Khan and Rajshri Thakur the story hints at a similar plot with an estranged couple and their children who are divided between their parents.

It was earlier seen that Nikhil and Pallavi are dealing with their problematic family. At the same time even though Nikhil and Pallavi show hatred for each other deep down inside they love each other a lot. The duo got separated due to past misunderstandings and Nikhil's sister who is very evil and does not want to see Pallavi back in Nikhil's life.
On the other hand, Ranbir who is Pallavi's good friend who always supported Pallavi through thick and thin decides to confess his love to Pallavi and propose to her.

In the upcoming track, Ranbir reaches a temple where he has a ring in her hand and wants to confess his love to Pallavi. Nikhil reaches there on the nick of time and stops the love confession.
Will Pallavi ever learn about Ranbir's love for her?
