MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.

Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

The show is finally going to bring the much-awaited twist of Uday’s evil identity. Finally, when Imlie brings his real mother and father to the Rathore mansion, the truth eventually comes out. Uday not only humiliates his parents but also insults Imlie.

Next when his evil identity gets exposed to everyone, he shockingly calls Imlie an insect of the gutter.

And this infuriates Aryan to such a core that he shockingly slaps Uday hard. Interestingly, the drama doesn’t end with this slap. Neela and Imlie have a drastic confrontation when the latter exposes how Neela intentionally brought the evil guy for Arpita.

Thus, the drama intensifies when Neela calls Imlie ‘the sin of her mother’. At the same moment, both Aryan and Imlie lash out at her and thus happens more tamasha in the Rathore mansion.

As soon as Imlie exposes evil Uday and ousts her from the Rathore mansion, here Sundar and Arpita confess their love to each other. Sundar turns life savior to Arpita when Narmada and Aryan finally agree to their marriage and this brings happiness back into the Rathore family. However, the real twist in the story will come now when after Arpita and Sundar’s love realization, Imlie will come forth her true feelings.

Interestingly, with the true revelation of how Meethi forced Imlie to marry Aryan, destiny will start its own game. Aryan’s ex-girlfriend is coming back and alongside this, Imlie will now come to her realization that she has fallen in love with Aryan.
