MUMBAI: Star Plus's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is coming with exciting drama and interesting twists, as Virat and Sai lock horns in the hospital.

Virat insults Sai and her profession by handing over a cheque which hurts the latter very much.

Pakhi wants Virat to put his ego aside and accept Sai's treatment for Vinayak. But, the latter doesn't change his mind.
