MUMBAI:  Popular drama series Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is constantly high on drama. We all know that the previous episodes were filled with lots of interesting twists and turns in the story. Fans love the chemistry of Pakhi and Virat and the gripping storyline as well as their impeccable performances of the show. The current track of the show revolves around Satya falling in love with Sai.

Sai will make up her mind to reveal to Satya that she has feelings for Virat and wants to reconcile with him. 

Just after proposing to Sai, unfortunately Satya will have a paralytic attack.  

Sai will once again be in a huge dilemma as she is stuck between Satya and Virat. 

Satya helplessly asks Sai if she is going to leave him, which will bring a big twist where she will now choose Satya over Virat once again.
