MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Sirat and Kartik's Jodi is the most adored onscreen duo at present.

Currently, in the show, Kartik has to go to an important meeting and nobody is home, he leaves Sirat's responsibility on Kairav and heads out to work. In the meeting, Kartik realises that his phone has no connectivity and here Sirat undergoes major labour pain. This indicates Sirat's premature delivery but who will Kairav ask for help? 

Kariav rushes with the heavy bag, Akshu and Sirat to go to the hospital, they finally reach the hospital after all the hurdles and realise that Sirat will have to undergo a premature delivery and that shall have life-threatening complications.

Previously, Kartik finally reaches the hospital for Sirat's delivery but the doctor brings a major shocker, they might not be able to save the child as Sirat's health is at the pedestal.

Sirat finally gives birth to a baby girl. But the doctor reveals that the child is battling between life and death. The family begins to pray for Sirat and the little one while Akshu gives her protective dhaga to her little sister. The blessing turns into a miracle for the newborn as she reacts to the treatment and gives hope to the family.

In the upcoming episode, Manish turns a support system for Kartik and Sirat and the little one finally wins the battle of life and death. They come home and Kartik decides a special way to reveal their little one's name. Sirat and Kartik's baby will be known as Aarohi.

One month has passed and the duo is tired of taking care of Akshu and Aarohi, both little ones have a special connection that keeps their parents on their toes for everything. Kartik tells Sirat that he will spoil their daughters and take them in his team. The duo wishes for happiness for their three children.
