MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Sirat and Kartik's Jodi is the most adored onscreen duo at present.

Currently, Sirat's blood report comes home and she has been accused of taking drugs while getting trained. Kartik heads to the lab to get Sirat's medicines tested and a major revelation comes out that somebody had changed her iron tablets, the packing is the same but the tablet isn't. While discussing the medicines Gayu reveals that it was Surekha who went to buy the medicines. The family doubts Surekha, she loses her mind at the allegations and decides to leave the house. Sirat tries to stop her but she refuses to even talk to her.

Previously, Kairav and Vatsal mistakenly exchange the pram with someone else's child and Aarohi, while the family decides to take a picture together they realise that Aarohi is not there in the pram and it is someone else's child. Kartik rushes to the reception to enquire and he comes to know that the prams have been exchanged.

In the upcoming episode, eight years have passed and Akshara wakes up to the same dream of Aarohi going missing. Sirat calms her and reveals that the pram was only exchanged and the family came back with Aarohi. Both sisters have grown up and are planning to give a surprise to Sirat for Mother's Day. Aarohi calls herself the princess and Akshu her commoner. They have an inseparable bond. Sirat gifts guitar to Akshara and a tablet to Aarohi, their interests haven't changed a bit since their Annaprashan day.
