MUMBAI : Star Plus show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.
Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

In a shocking turn of events, soon, now Aditya will fall into all the more trouble as there will be Rupali relationship in focus with Pranav. Pranav will ask Rupali for another chance however, Rupali will walk off. While Imlie will taunt him, Pranav will question Imlie’s identity to which she will respond that she is Aditya’s wife! Later, the MLA will want to find proofs to which Pranav will be on a mission.
Now, Malini will be seen standing up for Pranav and will tell that Pranav is the houses son-in-law and Imlie is insulting him. While Aparna will speak against her as Ruapli returned home after marriage, the family will support Pranav and will give him another chance.
He then challenges Imlie that whatever she tries, he will win for sure. She thinks something is wrong with him. He thinks he can’t make MLA wait and should give him pen drive soon. Later, Aditya will inform that Pranav is connected with an MLA who helps drug peddlers.
It will be interesting to see how Imlie exposes Pranav!
