MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Sirat and Kartik's Jodi is the most adored onscreen duo at present.

Currently, in the show, Mukesh follows Sirat and Kartik to the garage where they are training. While Sirat is busy getting trained, bamboo is about to fall on Aarohi but Akshu pushes the pram and saves her. Kartik asks Sirat to pause her training for tomorrow and leave. While they are leaving together, Mukesh sees them and realise that Sirat has been taking his tantrums only because she has been getting trained elsewhere.   

Mukesh catches Sirat and her coach practising in the garage and gathers proof against them. He threatens Sirat that he will ruin her career and she should forget about even participating in the championship. Kartik stops Mukesh and he pushes Kartik, giving him a serious internal injury. 

Kartik and Manish rush to the hospital, while the doctor says if the injury doesn't recover then he would have to go for serious surgery immediately. Will Kartik agree to the surgery.

Previously,  Kartik hides his pain in front of Sirat and heads for the Surgery, he does that only to keep Sirat tension free. His surgery gets halted because Kartik faces major blood loss and his blood group is rare and the blood banks couldn't find a donor. On the other hand, Sirat is playing her match and getting defeated as she is tensed about Kartik, while she takes a break, she hears the coach's phone call updating her about his operation. 

In the upcoming episode, Sirat goes to the federation and reveals what Mukesh has been doing, she shows the video proof when Mukesh harms Kartik and reveals that he has been battling for life in the hospital because of Mukesh. The federation takes strict action against Mukesh after listening to the girls and seeing the proof.
