MUMBAI :  Imlie is one of the most loved and successful shows on television, being among the top 4 shows when it comes to the BARC ratings. The story has taken a major turn with Aryan and Imlie’s death and Imlie season 2 starting.

We saw a huge leap in the show after which Meethi and Cheeni are all grown up.

In the latest episode, we saw that Imlie agrees to meet Atharva when his father insists on it. While Cheeni takes Imlie to the salon and deliberately tries to hurt her by spoiling her face and burning it with steam.

Atharva’s car breaks down coincidentally near the salon.

In the upcoming episode, we will see that Imlie runs out of the salon looking for water as her face is burning. Atharva has water and Imlie takes it away pouring it on her face. Atharva gets her some ice and then thinks to himself that it is not the right time to ask about Cheeni.

Cheeni then walks out and sees him, calling him a stalker by being wherever they go. Atharva then comes to know that Imlie and Cheeni are sisters and that they are Rathores. He thinks that his father asked him to go to the Rathore’s and if Cheeni is the elder daughter the proposal must be for her. He then calls his father and says yes without knowing that the proposal was for Imlie.

Imlie and Cheeni are still unaware that Atharva is the son of Rudra Raina. They get home and Rupi and Arpita feel that Cheeni hurt Imlie on purpose and Imlie defends Cheeni.

Cheeni later shares her feelings with Rupi that she feels ignored compared to Imlie. When Rupi asks what Cheeni wants, she replies that she wants Imlie and Aryan back. She says that she knows that it is not Imlie’s fault but it isn’t hers either. She tells Rupi that she feels alone after her parents are gone.

Narmada later calls Rudra and comes to know that Atharva has said yes and Narmada then says yes as well, fixing the engagement for the next day.

Cheeni still tries to convince Imlie to say no while Sundar then shows Atharva’s picture and Imlie is surprised to know that it is him who she is supposed to marry.

What will happen next? Will Cheeni be successful in taking away the proposal from Imlie? Will Atharva say no after knowing the truth?
