MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the most loved and successful shows on television, being among the top 4 shows when it comes to the BARC ratings. The story has taken a significant turn with Aryan and Imlie’s death and Imlie season 2 starting.

We saw a huge leap in the show after which Imlie and Chini are all grown up.

In the latest episode, we saw that Imlie gives Keya a befitting reply when tries to instigate Imlie against Atharva and Chini. Chini devises a vile plan and mixes a narcotic pill in Atharva's water.

MUMBAI :In the upcoming episode, we will see that Atharva and Imlie are not in their senses as they drank the water that Chini spiked. Atharva is in his room when Chini comes and locks the door. While Imlie tries to go inside but the door is locked. Atharva keeps imagining Imlie in place of Chini and Chini is trying to calm him down.

Imlie goes outside and climbs the pipe to Atharva’s room. Chini loses her patience and walks out. Imlie climbs in through the window and Chini sees that she is also in an intoxicated state. Chini thinks to use this against Imlie. Chini records Imlie and Atharva in the drunken state.

Chini plans to ruin things for Imlie. She sends the video to everyone in the reception and the Rathore family starts to worry. Narmada gets angry and calls Imlie downstairs.

Narmada lashes out at Imlie for drinking alcohol. People start to taunt her. Atharva comes and defends Imlie. He says that he is also drunk so why Imlie is the only one being blamed. He asks everyone if they have a problem with alcohol or a girl consuming alcohol. He says that no one even noticed him in the video and is only lashing out at Imlie.

Chini feels angry seeing Atharva taking a stand for Imlie. Atharva says that everyone has such double standards for putting so much pressure and scrutiny over a girl.

Rudra leaves them with a warning and asks the guests to forgive them.

Imlie gets a few things done for Atharva the next morning, to which he says she need not do so much for him. Imlie says that Atharva obliged her with what he did last night so she can do such small things for him. Atharva says that he has done no such obligation and does not want her to do such things either. He throws away the smoothie she brought for him and calls her out. He says he hates double standards.

Imlie is confused why he is reacting that way. He says that she can pretend to be nice in front of everyone but not in front of him as he is aware of her truth. He says she can even drink alcohol if she wants to.

Imlie tells him that she does not lie, does not drink alcohol and that she drank water from his glass after which she lost her senses last night and she hates double standards as well. Atharva is left thinking who spiked his water.
