MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Earlier, Shrishti revealed that no one was aware that Jhanak was a maid. She was grateful that they did such a good thing for their maid. She disclosed that Jhanak did all household work before attending the function and she might return to it after leaving the event.
Jhanak gives her a befitting reply by telling her mother her name is Urvashi Raina and Shrishti is her Masi leaving everyone stunned by her revelations.
Now, Anirudh and Jhanak get engaged in an argument when Anirudh approaches her for a conversation. Jhanak asks him to spend more time with Arshi rather than be concerned about her. Anirudh gets furious at the things she says.
He stopped her because he wanted to talk to her and requested to listen to him when she was about to leave. He comes to know that she promised to give Rumi and Bipasha sarees. She tells him that it is her money and she will give it to them, so he need not worry about her anymore. She must give them gifts as it’s her marriage. He gets irked by her words.
He advises her that she won't spend a cent on them since he wants to see her become financially independent. She remains adamant about her decision then Anirudh tells her that he was giving her orders not to spend money and not requesting it from her.
