MUMBAI : Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya's struggles to find a balance between her personal and professional lives for Adi, despite everyone putting obstacles in her way.

The role was given to the gifted actor Aamir Khan, who became well-known for his parts in the TV shows Namak Issk Ka and Nazar.
Aamir Khan will appear in the show as Adhiraj's cousin; he goes by the name Anurag.

Kavya's life will drastically change after his entry.
Adiraj will be seen as he tries to solve the hidden mystery behind Kavya’s elder sister Navya Bansal and he realizes that his own brother Omi was involved in her death.
This will be a game-changing moment in the show as Adiraj has to choose between Kavya and his family.
