In the upcoming episode, Eleena brings the bouquet home and realises that the bouquet isn't hers when she finds the letter. She reads the letter and yearns to meet Dev aka Mr Abhodroy. Will her entry into Dev's life brings a new storm in Devakshi's marriage.
