MUMBAI: Kumkum Bhagya is a drama produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms.
It premiered on 15 April 2014 on Zee TV and is also digitally available on ZEE5. The series stars Sriti Jha and Shabbir Ahluwalia as main leads. In March 2019, Mugdha Chaphekar, Pooja Banerjee and Krishna Kaul were also introduced as leads of the second generation alongside Sriti and Shabbir. The concept is based on Jane Austen's 1811 novel Sense and Sensibility.
Up until now, Rhea recognizes Prachi and Shahana in disguise as income tax officers.
She catches them before they can slip out with the papers, however, Prachi shocks everyone by tearing off the papers into pieces.
Prachi announces confidently that she is the legal wife of Ranbir and no one can change that truth ever. She even challenges Rhea to try to go against her.
Ranbir leaves for business, thinking about Prachi and his future together.
In the upcoming episode, the police will come to the house searching for Prachi and saying that Rhea has filed a case against her for stealing Rhea’s necklace.
Prachi will deny the charges, but Rhea and Alia will take the police to Prachi’s room where they have planted the necklace beforehand.
The police will find Rhea’s necklace there, accuse Prachi as the culprit and arrest her.
Shahana will ask around for help but Ranbir won’t be there as he will be out for his business trip.
Later, she will visit Prachi at the jail and tell her that only one person can help her get out of there.
