MUMBAI: Kundali Bhagya, a Zee TV show, is extremely popular among viewers and has been on the air for nearly five years.
The public adores Karan and Preeta's love story and how they managed to develop a strong connection despite their constant problems. The show is a spinoff of Kumkum Bhagya and stars Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar in the key roles.
We saw that the show had taken a two-year leap. Preeta is taken aback when she sees Prithvi making the Luthras' lives a living hell, and she decides to save them from this peril.

Previously, we saw that Preeta's plan backfires, and Mahesh turns violent when provoked by Prithvi. Both the judge and the doctor present at the party start questioning Luthra about why did they let Mahesh be out without safety and where his nurse is.
Prithvi is enjoying himseld as he watches this unfold. Preeta is feeling horrible because Mahesh could have strangled Rakhi, and everyone freaks out, because of which the judge tells them to take Mahesh into an asylum.
To save him from the asylum, the family has no choice but to send Mahesh back into the basement.
Preeta is heartbroken, but Prithvi thinks he has won.
In the upcoming episode, Preeta is accused by Karan of causing Mahesh trouble by organizing the party against his wishes. He implores her to spare his family and not to involve them in her vengeance. Preeta is still defended by Rakhi. Bani chastises her for her obstinacy. She warns Rakhi not to put her faith in Preeta. Sameer claims that Mahesh was overjoyed when he joined the family and that they were overjoyed as well. Preeta used Rakhi's emotions to get Mahesh out of the basement, according to Kritika; she had played with their emotions and proven Mahesh insane once more.
She believes Prithvi has triumphed, and she is powerless to intervene. Someone, she believes, is assisting Prithvi. She sobs uncontrollably, blaming herself for Mahesh's condition. Sameer hears her and rushes over to comfort her. Preeta tries to hide her tears.
He tells her that she can hide her tears, but he has already overheard her feelings for Mahesh, that she has come to assist the family, and that she still loves them. Preeta admits that she did not succeed in doing good. He praises her for standing up for what is right. He assures her that he will always be there for her.
Preeta is glad that she doesn't have to carry this secret anymore and there is Sameer to support her.
