MUMBAI: Daily soap Pandya Store has made a place in everyone’s hearts with its gripping storyline and intriguing twists. Fans completely relate to each character in the show and shower their love on the three couples; Shiva and Raavi often top the charts of being their favourite.

Currently, Gautam gets a call from the doctor to discuss Dhara's case. She mentions that even after all the medicine, if the foetus doesn't develop, then they would have to make the tough decision of terminating her pregnancy. Or else, her life will be in danger. Gautam gets a nightmare of Yamraaj's taking Tara away from Dhara's womb and he wakes up frightened. He rushes to the room to see Dhara, while she is smiling and deciding clothes for the evening. He tries to hide his worries and cheers up. 

Previously, amidst the celebrations, Dhara falls unconscious on the swing and the Pandyas rush her to the hospital. After a long wait, the doctor comes out and reveals that Dhara's state is critical and she might end up in a life-threatening complication if the foetus doesn't grow. It has already been 3 months but there is no change in her foetus this could become a major problem ahead. Gombi's hidden truth finally comes in front of the family as a major shock.

The doctor leaves only one option for Dhara in front of Gombi. She reveals that if the foetus stays longer in her womb then Dhara's condition will turn critical with every passing day. Either they still plan on keeping the foetus and hope that it grows or terminate her pregnancy and save her life. Gautam tells Suman that he has decided what he wants to do and would go to the doctor and tell her. What would be the decision? Is there any scope of a miracle here?

In the upcoming episode, Rishita tells Dev that Kamini could help in getting the best doctors for Dhara Bhabhi and they could at least get a second opinion for her. Dev agrees to it and asks Rishita to seek help. Rishita calls Kamini but she keeps a condition forth Rishita that when she will ask for help, she will have to do what she wants. What will happen now? Has Rishita called for more trouble?
