MUMBAI: Star Plus' popular show 'Yeh Hai Chahatein' is about a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr Preesha Srinivasan who fall in love while raising their siblings' son, Saaransh together.
The show is currently going through a dramatic tangent.
'Yeh Hai Chahatein’ is most loved for its unconventional storyline. The show stars Sargun Kaur Luthra as Dr Preesha Srinivasan and Abrar Qazi as Rudraksh Balraj Khurana as the lead characters.

Previously, Vasu was impressed by Roohi and expressed a desire to meet her mother. Then Preesha appeared. Roohi addresses her as her mother. Her presence reminds Vasudha of Venky's murder. Roohi claims to be the best mother in the world. Preesha requests that Roohi returns to class. Roohi walks away, hugging Vasu and GPS. Vasu attempts to go but Preesha stops her.
Preesha calls Amma to Vasudha in an emotional tone. Vasudha warns her not to call her amma and explains that she has been hiding for five years and she had abandoned Vasudha. Preesha claims that she, too, is a mother with responsibilities for her daughter, Roohi, who is Vasudha's granddaughter.
Vasudha says Roohi is a good kid and Preesha raised her well, but she can't forget Preesha killing Venky; she can't stand Preesha's presence and asks her to leave the city and never show her face again.
In the upcoming episodes, we see that Roohi, Saranshi, and Rudra are spending time together when Roohi tells Rudra that she wants to go on a field trip and Rudra tells her that he will convince Preesha for the same.
When Rudra goes to meet Preesha, she tells him that it was Bunty behind the scholarship fraud, Rudra has a hard time believing it and wants to know why Bunty did it, Preesha tells him that Bubbles is sick and that could be the reason for Bunty committing his fraud.
Meanwhile, Bunty finds out that Preesha knows all about the Scholarship fraud.
