MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.

Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

Aryan will misunderstand Imlie as a thief and will insult her while Imlie will tell him to leave her hand.

The current story of Imli's serial revolves around Imlie bumping into Aryan at the temple in search of Arpita while Arpita gets stuck in the temple fire. Further, Imlie saves Arpita and takes her to the hospital while Aditya heard about the girl being sent to the hospital and tries to rush to the hospital thinking that the girl is Imlie.

Now Imlie will return to the hospital remembering that she has to return the ring that Arpita gave her to safe keep. However, she will again bump into Aryan who will misunderstand that she has stolen Arpita's ring and will insult telling her to not even show her face to him or his sister.
