MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.

Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

Well, as we all know, Malini spends a night with Malini and the latter complains the same to the family. Imlie is shocked to hear this and since Aditya does not take a stand for himself, Imlie decides to leave the house. Now, it will be seen that Imlie will call the police and get Malini arrested for molesting Aditya.

In a shocking turn of events, the principal will tell Imlie that he cannot teach a student like Imlie as it is because of her that the college reputation goes down as the name is been taken in every scandal.

Imlie says this is her dream and she came here with lots of hope. On the other hand, Aditya’s dreams will also come crashing down and he will channelize his anger on Imlie saying that it was his only dream of becoming a journalist and now that has gone to the dumps because of her. He will tell her that just like her, he has lost his existence too!
