MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.

Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

The drama now showcases that he has realised his love for Imlie and wants to make things right. He wants to give Imlie the love and respect she deserves from him and the family.

In the episodes ahead, as we already know, Malini is trying to win back her love for Aditya and get back her rights. Malini has started pulling off tricks to throw Imlie out of Aditya’s life.

Soon, Malini will tell Aditya that since they are in the midst of rituals, she will buy gifts for Imlie. Aditya feels that Imlie has got such a caring sister. Imlie will have a bad feeling that Malini is upto something and Aditya’s life might be in danger. Just then Satyakam meets Aditya and takes him to a rural area. There he shoots at Aditya leaving his life in grave danger.
