MUMBAI: Sirf Tum is an immense love story with Vivian Dsena and Eisha Singh playing the lead roles of Ranveer and Suhani. Suhani is an aspiring doctor and Ranveer who is madly in love with her supports her to pursue MBBS.
Aansh is the stepbrother of Ranveer and wants to ruin the latter’s life.
Meanwhile Ria who is a common friend to Ranveer and Suhani, is in love with Ranveer and wants to be his future wife.
Ansh plays a dirty trick to ruin Ranveer and Suhani’s relation by instigating Riya.
As Riya is extremely possessive about Ranveer, she gets upset seeing everyone talking about Ranveer and Suhani's relationship.
