MUMBAI: Zee TV show Kundali Bhagya is really loved by the audiences and has been on the air for almost 5 years.

The love story of Karan and Preeta and how they manage to build a strong relationship despite endless troubles has been loved by the audience. Featuring Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar in the lead roles, the show is a spinoff of Kumkum Bhagya.
We saw that the show took a two-year leap. Preeta is in a state of shock seeing Prithvi making the Luthras' life hell and she decides to help them

The family is feeling very emotional and joyous as they are celebrating Mahesh's birthday after two whole years.

Preeta vows to finally bring out the truth that Mahesh has been okay and it was just a ploy by Prithvi to keep the Luthra Mansion.

Previously, we saw that Mahesh will stay with the family. Preeta says to Prithvi because he needs time to adjust and return to his usual self after being away for two years. Biji directs Karan to Mahesh's room. Prithvi tells them to take Mahesh down to the basement since he is not mentally stable. Preeta requests that Prithvi refrain from being so pessimistic. 

Karan is requested by Bani and Biji to take Mahesh to his room. Mahesh's entire family arrives to assist him and take him upstairs.

The family is doubtful why is Preeta acting so caring. Rakhi thinks to herself that Preeta is the same caring person she was always. Rakhi takes a stand for Preeta, asking the family to think twice before saying anything about her. 

Biji asks Preeta what she is thinking of doing to stop Prithvi. Preeta says that she will plan something against Prithvi. She finds an idea to help Mahesh. 

In the upcoming episodes, we see that Preeta taunts Kritika for just following Prithvi’s orders.

For the birthday party celebration of Mahesh, Preeta delegates the responsibilities of the party to the Luthra family. She asks Prithvi to bring down a box of old lights. He goes to the storeroom when he comes back he falls from the stairs because of the marbles spread by Biji, and when people ask him what happened, he says he doesn't know. Preeta uses this chance to manipulate him and she asks him if the floor was spinning. When he says yes she immediately calls the doctor and Prithvi panics and asks her to stop.

Preeta puts a condition saying these were the same circumstances under which they claimed Mahesh to be unstable, and they lock Mahesh in the basement, then they should lock Prithvi too.

Prithvi finally accepts his defeat. He says that he was wrong and he misunderstood the situation.

Rakhi is elated on seeing Mahesh acting normal and happy, playing with Girish.

Karan thinks that Preeta has done a good job.

Has Preeta really won and will Prithvi back down?
