MUMBAI : The recently launched show Durga and Charu has been winning the hearts of viewers with its gripping storyline and performances. Produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions, the channel has roped in popular actors Aurra Bhatnagar and Vaishnavi Prajapati to play the lead roles as two sisters - Durga and Charu, respectively. It is a heartfelt story of two sisters who are stark opposites of each other, since they were separated at birth. The current track is about Charu falling into trouble. 

Currently, the show is headed for a major leap of ten years where both Durga and Charu will be seen as grown ups. Both of them will be seen as lawyers.

Durga is happy for turning into a lawyer and Charu was her inspiration in life all these years. Further, Durga is all excited to meet her friend Charu, while on the other side, Charu is seen getting stronger as she gets released from the jail.

Charu was arrested and was behind bars. She blames Durga for her arrest. Durga and Charu cross paths and Charu aims to seek her revenge on Durga.

Here, the male lead is introduced, who is all set to mark his entry in both the sisters' life to spice up the love story.
