MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the longest-running Indian television shows and people still love it. The audience pours in immense love for the track and the chemistry of AbhiRa aka Abhimanyu and Akshara. The show is in for a lot of drama with the upcoming twists and turns.
Previously, Akshara hurts her leg so keeps bleeding. She tries to gather courage and find a way out. She figures that if she keeps on leaving a mark behind, she would not get lost again as all paths look similar.
Abhimanyu keeps following track of the scarf she left behind. Abhimanyu finally finds Akshara.
The two heave a sigh of relief as Akshara is okay. Manjari explains to Abhimanyu that Akshara is brave but she could have avoided what happened today. Abhimanyu assures her that Akshara has promised him that she will take proper care of her and the kids.

In the upcoming track, we will see that Akshara finds Aarohi going to an IVF center. She goes inside to see what Aarohi is up to. Aarohi is talking to the doctor there and mentions that she is lying to Neil about being pregnant. Akshara overhears it and is left shocked.
She later calls Abimanyu home and starts to feel upset and anxious. Abhimanyu worries if Akshara is okay. Akshara mentions that Aarohi is lying to everyone and that she is not pregnant. Abhimanyu is left shocked after learning the truth.
