MUMBAI: Star Plus show Udne Ki Aasha recently touched upon a social cause of domestic violence. The show featured Sailee getting a new maid in the house who turns out to be a thief. However, later, it was revealed that the maid was a victim of domestic violence and would indulge in stealing only because of her in-laws.
In the upcoming episodes, Mnajiri thanks the entire Deshmukh family for their support. She mentions that it is only because of them that she could muster the courage to take a legal step against her husband and in-laws. Furthermore, she states that she would go back to her village and will start a new life.

In tonight's episode, Renuka misses Manjiri as she didn't get the morning tea. Riya and Sailee fake their fight while everybody argued as to who will cook the food. Paresh and Sachin fool Renuka into cooking for everyone. Sachin demands Renuka to prepare his favorite drink, however, she refuses to make it.
At the lunch table, Sachin gets surprised to see his favourite drink made which leaves him elated. He thinks Sailee made it, but she reveals that it is Renuka who made the drink. Renuka's gesture touches Sachin's heart.
Furthermore, when Sailee asks Renuka to help her cook dinner, she snaps at her and tells her that earlier she managed both household chores and her work. Renuka told Sailee to do the same while Sachin heard the conversation in anger.
