MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.

Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

The drama now showcases that he has realised his love for Imlie and wants to make things right. He wants to give Imlie the love and respect she deserves from him and the family.

In the episodes ahead, as we already know, Malini is trying to win back her love for Aditya and get back her rights. Malini has started pulling off tricks to throw Imlie out of Aditya’s life. Soon, Malini will call Imlie illiterate and Imlie will lose her patience. She will give a befitting reply to Malini challenging her by calling herself Imlie Aditya Kumar Tripathi.
