In the upcoming episode, Abhimanyu is angry at himself for telling Akshara that he never wanted to see her face again. He takes her to the post-op room and stays with her. Just then Manish, Kairav and Aarohi come to see her. Once Abhimanyu leaves from there, Neil asks Abhimanyu why he is wasting so much time on Akshara when he can't even accept his love for her. The family decides to stay with Akshara but Mahima tells them to leave and instead asks Abhimanyu to be with her. Abhimanyu agrees.
Abhimanyu pleads to Shivji to not take Akshara's life away and asks for forgiveness for everything that happened in past. The gods send him a sign that Akshara and Abhimanyu are destined to be with each other while praying her burns his hand and Aarohi's name from his mehndi gets erased. Abhi tells Akshara that even God doesn't want anyone else in his life.
Abhimanyu takes care of Akshara and after a while sees that she is regaining consciousness. She is surprised to see someone standing next to her.
